What We'll Be Doing:

Day One begins in Las Vegas at Speed Vegas, where you’ll choose an exotic car and receive professional instruction as you push your limits on the track.

We’ll then travel to St. George, Utah, where we’ll spend the next two days and nights at luxury homes in Desert Color, set around a stunning man-made lake with world-class amenities.

Throughout the retreat, you’ll enjoy exceptional food, along with focused real estate trainings, breakout sessions, and guest speakers. Mornings will include guided breathwork, ice baths, saunas, and a short hike designed to foster connection, collaboration, and meaningful conversation. We even added go-karting for a competitive and fun experience.

What We'll Be Doing:

We’ll kick things off at Chandler’s personal home in Idaho Falls, where you’ll connect with fellow attendees before heading out on a private bus tour of Chandler’s active investment properties and renovation projects. You’ll get behind-the-scenes access to deals in motion, learn real-time strategies, and see exactly how Chandler is scaling his portfolio in today’s market.

From there, we’ll make our way toward the Tetons to experience a scenic hike and explore the charming streets of Jackson Hole, Wyoming. That evening, we’ll arrive at Chandler’s private cabin retreat in Irwin, Idaho, where we’ll spend two nights surrounded by nature, inspiration, and powerful conversation.
